Our team
Hi, I’m Ryan Kelly, the face behind Kelly’s Property Maintenance. I am a dedicated business owner in the landscape business, providing high-quality outdoor services such as basic lawn maintenance including lawn mowing, mulch and rock installations, weed removal, spring and fall clean-ups, flower bed installs, and much more. I believe every yard deserves attention to detail and care. My goal is to provide reliable services while helping homeowners enjoy their outdoor living spaces without the stress of maintaining them.
On my days off, I work as a diesel mechanic and unwind by going fishing, taking hikes, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
During the summer, I keep myself busy traveling around various fairs in the state of Ohio to compete in rough truck competitions. I also have a YouTube page where I highlight my hobbies, such as working on cars and trucks, and I plan to post more content about my lawn maintenance business in the near future.

Our history
My passion for lawn maintenance began when I was 10, mowing my neighbor’s lawn with just a push mower and a trimmer. I got an early taste of the landscape business and knew right away I wanted to turn it into a thriving venture. In 2021, I launched my own company using an old mower, salvaged equipment, a homemade trailer, and a dream. My goal has always been to be the top provider of lawn care and outdoor services in Medina County. I truly value the personal connections I build with my clients and their properties, and I take pride in creating the best lawns and landscapes for the hardworking families of Medina Co.
